A2: To all Excel LED Customers , as long as the parts can be fixed , you can send it to us , we can fix it for you free . If it is not available to be fixed and need new replacements , we will charge accordingly.

Q4:What about the shiipping way?
A4: We can shipped by sea and by air. This one depends on the customers' requirements and locations.
